sIndividual is a leader with 20+ years of experience in IT industry with functional knowledge in Automotive process Must have experience of managing Senior Client and internal stakeholders – CxO levelProven record in managing complex engagements (> $10m+; Global teams ; size 150 FTE+)Role is responsible and Accountable for the Program outcome and Client satisfactionShould have handled complex programs in Salesforce as Program ManagerWorking with internal and external team to create program plan, ensuring time lines are met as committed with in the budgetWork with multiple internal stakeholders, service lines and support functions to drive required outcomeShould have knowledge on various phases involved in deploying complex Salesforce programs involving multi-geography Secondary SkillsStrong knowledge in Agile way of working, tracking and reporting of progress to both internal and external leadershipEnsuring delivery quality, work with multiple teams to bring unified journey for the clientShould have strong cross functional business knowledge in bringing collective process integration, where needed
